The physical library might be closed but you can still ‘Read, Learn & Explore…. At Home!’ with help from the Springfield Public Library! Through April 28, you can take part in a brand new online library program that challenges you to read, learn more about your home, try some different forms of fitness and wellness, find fun, new things to do and explore the library’s extensive collection of online databases and resources!

“With the library closed, we still want to offer some fun and educational programs that can be done within the safety of the home,” said Library Assistant Manager LuCinda Gustavson.

By logging their reading and completing activities, patrons earn digital raffle tickets that they enter for the chance to win a specially curated book basket. To sign up to ‘Read, Learn & Explore…. At Home!’ go to https://wheremindsgrow.beanstack.org and either register for the first time or use the same log-in information from past Summer and Winter Reading Programs! If you need help accessing the program, please call the library at 541.726.3766 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
