Springfield Public Library Closure
Springfield Public Library will be closed on Monday, January 20 to observe Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The book drop will be open to receive returned items. The library will reopen at 10 a.m., Tuesday, January 21 and resume regular hours.
The library’s regular hours are: Mondays and Tuesdays, 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.; Wednesday-Saturday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. The library is closed Sundays.

Mindfulness and Meditation with Brynne Blevins
Stressed out about the end of the semester and need something to relax? Teens – join us at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, January 21 in the Library Meeting Room at Springfield Public Library, 225 5th St, Springfield. Free!
Guest presenter, Brynne Blevins, will lead us and teach some techniques to relax and calm down in stressful times. Being a teen is stressful, so these techniques can be used anytime, not just during the exam rush!
The Library offers a weekly gathering for teens every Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. Join us to hang out, enjoy a snack, learn new skills and have fun. This event is free and intended for teens ages 12 and up. Teen programs are made possible by our generous Friends of the Springfield Library.

Family Fun with Cuentos Bilingual Storytime
Come to Saturday Cuentos at 11 a.m., Saturday, January 25. Join us as we read Spanish and English language books and play bilingual games, sing songs and do a craft.
