The Springfield Public Library has launched a brand new YouTube channel – the place to go for stories, songs, chants, crafts, exercises, poetry and more!

“Right now we can’t provide the same in-person programming that our patrons enjoy so we have launched this YouTube channel to stay connected with our patrons and give them options for things to do while staying safe and healthy at home,” said Library Director Emily David.

The YouTube channel will be updated regularly and will include Springfield Public Librarians reading picture and chapter books, singing songs and rhymes, and more. There will also be special guests providing craft and yoga instruction! To find and subscribe to the channel search YouTube for ‘Springfield Public Library – Where Minds Grow.’
