The Springfield City Council will meet for its regular session at 7 p.m., Monday, May 18th, via phone and internet using GoToWebinar. Members of the public wishing to attend this meeting electronically can call in or attend virtually by following the directions below. This information can also be found on the City’s website. Members of the public are encouraged to attend virtually but, if you are unable and wish to attend in person, the doors at the South Entrance of City Hall will be open at 5:50 p.m. to allow people to attend the meeting in the Council Chambers. Social distancing practices will be enforced. If you would like to provide public testimony in advance, that will be entered into the record, you can email that to publicrecords@springfield-or.gov by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 18, 2020. The community is welcome to attend. During regular meetings, community members may address the Council either during a Public Hearing on a specific subject, or under Business from the Audience on any subject of interest to the community member.
