                       Rogers, Andrew William. A.K.A Skyler, Adam Paul WM 35 yrs. of Springfield

DATE/TIME:                          May 21, 2020/2200 hrs.

CHARGES: Perdue was charged with Burglary 1, Menacing, Unlawful use of a Weapon (Firearm), Felon in Possession of a Firearm.  

                     Rogers/Skyler was charged with Burglary 1, Menacing, Unlawful use of a Weapon (Firearm), Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, Felon in Possession of a Firearm x6.  

The Springfield Police began an investigation into an incident that happened on May 17, 2020 in which a dispute at a local tavern spilled over into a local residence. The dispute began at the Alibi Tavern in Springfield, where two different groups of patrons got into a verbal altercation. One group was told to leave the tavern for their unruly behavior by employees of the tavern. Soon after that group left the other group also left and went home to their residence.

A short time later the other group, which consisted of Jerome Perdue and Andrew Rogers A.K.A. Adam Skyler arrived at that residence and a fight ensued. Perdue and Rogers/Skyler were in possession of handguns, which they menaced several subjects at the residence with. They also forced their way into the residence, where they menaced others. Both subjects are convicted felons. One female at the residence received facial injuries, but did not require hospitalization.

On May 21, 2020 Springfield Police served two Search Warrants, one at the residence of Mr. Perdue and one at the residence of Rogers/Skyler. Handguns and rifles were seized, as well as methamphetamine, gun manufacturing parts and ammunition.

Perdue and Rogers/Skyler were arrested and lodged at the Lane County Jail on the listed charges. The investigation is ongoing.
