Sean VanGordon
Sean VanGordon represents Ward 1. He moved to the area to attend the University of Oregon where he earned a Masters degree in economics. Councilor VanGordon has served on the Springfield Planning Commission and the Springfield Historic Commission and has volunteered locally with Junior Achievement and Big Brothers, Big Sisters. His hobbies include watching Ducks Football, reading non-fiction books, following current affairs, gaming and walks with his yellow Labrador, Zeus. He and his wife, Elaine, also enjoy traveling together, and finding those local gems that don’t appear in tourist handbooks.

Hillary
Wylie
Hillary Wylie, representing
Ward 2, grew up in Corvallis and moved to the Eugene-Springfield area
in 1968 to attend the U of O. Over a number of years she obtained a Master’s
Degree in the Humanities and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology.
Hillary has worked for the City of Eugene, Lane County and Serenity Lane.
In 1988 she became the Executive Director of Willamette Family, a Drug
and Alcohol Treatment Center. She served on the Lane Transit District
Board for 8 years and on the Springfield Budget Committee for 5 years
prior to being elected to the council. Hillary is married to artist/designer
Scott Wylie, has one son, six grandchildren, and 3 great grand children.
Hillary enjoys reading, movies and creative writing.

Sheri Moore
Sheri Moore was born in Oregon City and grew up in Tigard as part of a large family. After high school, she attended George
Fox College for one year before getting married and having two children, Greg Hopper-Moore and Tonia Hunt. In the late 1970’s she moved to Springfield to complete her education at the University of Oregon, earning a Master’s Degree in Education. Sheri taught at Marcola Elementary School for 23 years beforeretiring in 2006.
Sheri and her husband, Neal, have a blended family of five children, seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. Since retirement, she has served three years on the Springfield Planning Commission and became a Master Gardener with Lane County Extension. She volunteers at her church, Eugene Christian Fellowship and is an elected Precinct Committee person. She enjoys reading, gardening, and entertaining. She is excited about the prospects of serving the people of Springfield.

Dave
Ralston
Dave Ralston represents
Ward 4. He grew up in Oakridge and graduated as Valedictorian in 1974.
He graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Mathematics. Councilor Ralston served as chair and vice chair
of the Springfield Planning Commission. He currently serves as Chair for
the Homeless Prevention Task Force, Secretary to the Full and Executive
Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Emerald Valley, and
Vice President of the Emerald Valley Little League Baseball. He recently
became a member of the Springfield Rotary. He has also served as an AYSO
coach, soccer referee and linesman and baseball umpire. He and his wife
Danielle have three children, Chelsea Price and Greg and Taylor Ralston.
He enjoys bowling, softball, hunting, camping, music and chess.

Marilee Woodrow
Marilee Woodrow, representing Ward 5, moved “home” to Springfield with her late husband John in 1997. Marilee obtained her B.A. from Lycoming College in Pennsylvania (1972, Double Major concentration in Counseling and Education). Post-graduate studies earned Negotiations and Family Rehab Counseling Certifications. Marilee volunteers with SMART, has served on the Library Advisory Board, Springfield Arts Commission, Springfield Community Christmas Parade Board and the Springfield Museum Board, is a McKenzie-Cascade Dog Fanciers member and K9 Unit Liaison, Correspondence Secretary for the national non-profit Corgi-Aid, Inc., and a Springfield Rotary Club honorary member. She loves reading, and her dogs and cats, and enjoys her avocations of photography, writing and graphic arts.

Joe Pishioneri
Joe Pishioneri represents Ward 6, the Thurston area and, along with his wife Mary, has lived in Springfield for more than 30 years. Joe has a Degree in Applied Science Criminal Justice and is a Lane County Deputy Sheriff with more than 24 years of experience.
Joe and Mary have two children who went through the Springfield School system. Joe’s son is a United States Marine, currently in combat training and his daughter is pursuing degrees at the University of Oregon in the business and medical fields.
Joe serves on numerous committees and boards including: Lane Council of Governments, McKenzie Watershed Council, Travel Lane County and Finance and Judiciary committees. He enjoys hunting, fishing, family camping and neighborhood Bar-B-Q’s.
