The City positions open for election at the May 19, 2020 Primary Election are:

The terms of office for the City Council is January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2022.

Candidates for Springfield Utility Board positions are required to collect 25 signatures from registered voters in the City of Springfield to qualify for the ballot.
